The applicant Gregory Investment Group, LLC proposes to demolish the existing service station structure located at 82-84 Congress Street and construct a new 4-story wood-frame structure containing 10 dwelling units, a retail space or gym for residents on the first floor and 15 parking spaces inside the first floor of the building to serve the 10 residential units.
